Do we have to have an operator?
Yes, we always provide the sumo suits with an operator to supervise.

How much space either side do we need for the mat?
The mat is 3mx3m and you will need another meter clear of each side.

Can we have the sumo suits indoors?
Yes, as long as you have a 4x4m space available without obstacles.

How long can we stay in the suits?
Each fighter usually stays in the suit for a few minutes (under 5 minutes).

Can children use the suits?
The suits are quite large and heavy and normally would be adequate for over 16 years of age.
