guests and will surely satisfy everyone. Our sweet crepes are a mouth-watering delight and our savoury crepes
are made with fresh raw ingredients, offering a full meal. We use a unique cooking and recipe process that is
authentically French served generously to delight every palette.

Our Chef uses the best available fresh ingredients. To make sure all crepes are made perfectly, we use only
the original crepe makers form France. Watching the crepes made in front of your eyes together with the soft
sweet smell, make them truly irresistible. We cater for a large variety of functions including corporate events,
private parties, and community and school events. For all functions, we come out and set-up at your venue,
with all the equipment and tools so you don’t have anything to worry about.
We cater for groups as small as 30 to larger functions and events (price on application).

Our crepe makers require standard electric power point and comes with a cooking cart, which will need to be
placed on a flat floor. Delivery is calculated based on your distance from Sydney.

History of Crepes
Crepes was originally developed in France’s Brittany region (Bretagne), in the North West of France, and it
was here where the technique and tools was perfected. The word ‘crepe’ is of French origin for pancake but
derived from the Latin word ‘crispa’ meaning curled, and is different from a ‘gallete’ which is originally made
from buckwheat. A crepe is an unleavened, flat, thin pancake of cooked dough or batter, which is used as a
wrapper for other fillings. Savoured for centuries, crepes are celebrating a revival today, with its’ influence all
over the world.
